Asian man harassed 16-year-old girl, convicted

The Criminal Court has convicted a 25-year-old Asian man for harassing a 16-year-old girl in her apartment building. According to the records, the girl was walking home from school when the man cornered and flirted with her in the elevator. The man blocked the door with his hand preventing her from leaving, and even tried to lure her toward the emergency exit, where there were no cameras. The victim managed to push him and ran towards her apartment. In an arrest report, the mother claimed her daughter entered their apartment in fear and panic and told her about what happened. She immediately reported the incident to the security guards and checked the surveillance camera, where they saw the footage. The police went to the apartment after receiving the report and arrested the suspect. During interrogation, the man admitted to the crime and was convicted by the court. RZSP/Expat Media
