Kris Fade: From zero to Dubai Bling

Before the Dubai Bling fame, Kris Fade was doing odd jobs just to get by. The radio star reveals the lessons behind his success

Today, Kris Fade is a household name in the UAE, with a hit radio show, a successful health food company, a Netflix appearance and even his own wax figure at Madame Tussauds Dubai.

But beyond the glitz of Dubai Bling and behind the celebrity image is a story of humble beginnings, hard work and a dream that took years to build.

Before finding his voice on radio, Kris was washing cars, working as a barista and taking on odd jobs to make ends meet. His journey to Dubai was a leap of faith. Arriving in 2008 with just a little more than Dh300 in his pocket, Kris turned uncertainty into opportunity, building a career through persistence, authenticity and a willingness to start from scratch.

His passion for connecting with people eventually led him from radio studios to entrepreneurship, where he founded Fade Fit, a UAE-born health snack brand that expanded across the region.
