DUBAI – The Dubai Police has revealed plans as the emirate prepared to welcome thousands of onlookers for New Year fireworks at the Burj Khalifa.Here’s the plan
Registration for access
Property developer Emaar announced that visitors will need to register for access to Downtown Dubai through the U By Emaar app. Visitors, including Emaar Boulevard residents, hotel guests and restaurant guests, must log on to the U By Emaar app and follow the steps for access to all locations in Downtown Dubai.
