Inigo Pascual, Maris Racal back together in Boyette

  DUBAI – Two years after they last shared the stage at a concert in Abu Dhabi, Inigo Pascual and Maris Racal can be seen together again, this time through the movie Boyette. Pascual and Racal share supporting roles in the movie, which stars Zaijan Jaranilla in the lead role as Boyette, a gay teen torn between following his dreams and falling for his best friend. During a digital press conference on Monday (November 16), it was revealed that the movie was based on the life of a younger Star Cinema director Jumbo Albano. The movie can be seen via iWantTFC, TFC IPTV, and Ktx.ph. When asked by Expatmedia.net what they would highlight and who would play their part if their life was made into a movie, here's what the actors said: Inigo Pascual: The dynamics between me and my parents. My dad’s side and my mom’s side. You know, my dad’s situation being Piolo Pascual. And having to move to the states and really not understanding what was going on as a young kid. Inigo added that he wants Zaijan to portray the role as Inigo Pascual. Maris Racal: Yung story siguro katulad ng kay Zaijan kung paano ako nag adjust and napa-adapt sa napaka strange na lifestyle. Ibang klase din kasing platform yung PBB so malalaman talaga doon ang totoong buhay ko. So very interesting story siya. (The story would be similar to Zaijan’s on how I was able to adjust and adapat to a very strange lifestyle. The Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) is a different kind of platform where your real life really shows. So it’s a very interesting story.) Zaijan Jaranilla: Si Mark Umasa. Sya po ang gusto kong mag portray ng aking life story. Nung di pa po ako nag a-artista. Since six years old pa lang ako nun. Siguro sya muna yung past ko, then ako na ang gaganap sa present. (I would like Mark Umasa to portray my life’s story when I was not yet into acting. I was six years old then. He could portray my past, then I’ll star as myself in the present.)
