Sisters-entrepreneurs Bernadette and Charlotte Estanislao are the unstoppable duo bringing the world’s most viral food to UAE via Joy Bubble in Abu Dhabi.

Walk into Joy Bubble on Khalidiya Street in Abu Dhabi, and you’ll immediately feel the spirit behind it: playful, warm and full of life.

Created by Filipino flight attendant sisters Bernadette and Charlotte Estanislao, the bubble tea shop-slash-café-slash-restaurant is a reflection of their shared love for travel, culture and creating moments of happiness.

With cosy corners, board games and a menu inspired by flavours from around the world, Joy Bubble feels like a place where every customer can take a break from the ordinary.

For the sisters, the journey from cabin crew to restaurateurs was built on years of shared dreams, family values and a desire to create something of their own.

Inspired by their mother, a former flight attendant, Bernadette and Charlotte followed her footsteps into aviation before transforming their experiences from travelling the world into a unique dining concept. Their menu brings together Filipino, Korean, Japanese and Middle Eastern influences, featuring creative dishes such as Dubai Chocolate Champorado, crispy Filipino favourites and their sentimental Uncle Jon’s Champorado, a tribute to the late uncle who helped shape their lives.

While they continue flying as cabin crew, the Estanislao sisters now navigate another journey on the ground, managing Joy Bubble while handling everything from marketing to operations. Their story is one of sisterhood, resilience and the courage to chase a dream even when the journey gets challenging. Through every cup served and every dish created, Bernadette and Charlotte hope to share the same feeling that inspired their restaurant from the beginning: a little taste of the world, served with a lot of joy.
