2 killed in Pennsylvania chocolate factory explosion

According to authorities, an explosion at a chocolate factory in West Riding, Pennsylvania, left two dead and nine others missing. The (WTXF) TV channel aired a video of flames, rising smoke, dust, and debris columns. Debris piled up in the roadway, and at least one fire was still burning hours after the explosion, according to images shown by WGAL television. The explosion happened at the RM Palmer Company's plant, which according to its website, employs 850 people and has been producing candies since 1948. "Rescue operations are still ongoing at the site," said West Reading Police Chief Wayne Holden. Holden said the explosion damaged Building No. 1 and destroyed Building No. 2 of the factory.
