Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G pre-orders open in UAE

  DUBAI - Pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G began in the UAE on Tuesday (September 8), Samsung announced. Pre-orders will continue until September 21 at Samsung shops and authorized online and offline retail stores. The device retails at Dh7,599. Every customer who places their pre-order for the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G will also receive the recently released Galaxy Buds Live, as well as Samsung Care+ for one year. “The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G represents a brand new chapter in the foldable journey, with fantastic upgrades and futuristic features in line with consumer feedback and recommendations," said Osman Albora, Senior Director – Mobile Division, Samsung Gulf Electronics. "Due to the overwhelming popularity of its predecessors, we expect the product to be in high demand upon release," he added. The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G combines the portability and flexibility of a smartphone with the screen size of a tablet for ultimate productivity. Whether folded or unfolded, users will enjoy two edge-to-edge, almost bezel-less Infinity-O Displays. The smartphone is larger than its predecessors, with a 6.2-inch cover screen featuring Infinity-O Display and 7.6-inch main screen. Pairing with Infinity Flex Display and an in-display cutout for the front-facing camera, Galaxy Z Fold2 5G delivers the "ultimate cinematic smartphone journey". The Main Screen also features a 120Hz default refresh rate for smoother scrolling and better gameplay, while adaptive refresh rates from 11 to 120Hz allow the device to adjust its refresh rate accordingly to maximize performance and battery life. The device is available in two color options: Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze.

The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G’s Hideaway Hinge brings many of the groundbreaking innovations from its predecessor, such as the CAM mechanism, but with some fantastic upgrades.
