Fatal accident on intercity highway claims lives and leaves passengers injured.

A collision between a passenger bus and a parked van on an intercity highway in Pakistan's Punjab province led to a devastating fire that resulted in 18 deaths and 13 injuries. The incident occurred near Pindi Bhattian, causing the bus, carrying more than 40 passengers, to catch fire after hitting the van. The van was carrying fuel drums, intensifying the blaze. Survivors suffered burns, with some in critical condition. Both drivers of the vehicles were killed.
