30 students in Al Ain get food poisoning

  ABU DHABI - Thirty students from two public schools in Al Ain have been hospitalised due to food poisoning, according to the Ministry of Education. The incident happened on Thursday after the students ate during their lunch break, according to the ministry. The students are now in stable condition, the ministry said. The canteen food supplier to the schools has been suspended pending an investigation. Two schools have sent an advisory to parents urging them to send their children to the hospital if these show symptoms of food poisoning, such as high fever or vomiting.
