Truck did not leave enough space between his vehicle and the school bus

DUBAI – Four students were hurt, one of them seriously, after their school bus got hit by a truck on Etihad Road on Monday morning. Dubai Police Traffic Department director Brig. Said Muhair Al Mazroui said one of the students who suffered serious injuries was brought to a hospital while the three others were treated on the scene. Al Mazroui said the accidents happened because there was no safe distance between the two vehicles. He urged drivers to keep a comfortable distance between their vehicles and those in front and behind them. Meanwhile, a truck loaded with olive oil fell on its side at an Enoc petrol station along Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road after it suddenly swerved as the truck was entering the station.
