5-day UAE weather forecast: temperature to touch 42C
DUBAI – The temperature will continue to rise this week while strong winds will stir haze in some areas, according to the National Centre for Meteorology (NCM).
On Sunday (May 5), the temperature is expected to peak at 42 degrees in internal areas, but the weather will be partly cloudy to fair in general and hazy at times during the day.

Monday
Fair weather in general and hazy at times during daytime. Light to moderate southwesterly to Northwesterly winds, freshening at times especially over the sea, causing blowing dust and sands over some exposed areas, with a speed of 20 – 32 km/hr, reaching 45 km/hr. Sea will be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in Oman Sea
Tuesday
Fair in general and hazy at times during daytime. Light to moderate Southwesterly to Northwesterly winds, freshening at times especially over the sea, causing blowing dust over the exposed areas, with a speed of 20 – 30 km/hr, reaching 42 km/hr. Sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in Oman Sea
Wednesday
Fair in general and hazy at times during daytime. Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds, freshening at times, causing blowing dust over the exposed areas, with a speed of 20 – 30 km/hr, reaching 38 km/hr. Sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea
Thursday
Fair in general, hazy at times during daytime. Light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 20 – 30 km/hr, reaching 35 km/hr.
