Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi has launched a talent center aimed at providing specialized training for Emirati jobseekers. Abu Dhabi's Mawaheb Talent Hub is committed to empowering UAE citizens through a wide selection of courses and workshops, allowing individuals to learn valuable skills and gain professional experience that is in-demand within the job market. Sheikh Khaled, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, launched the Mawaheb Talent Hub with other officials. During his visit, he toured the modern facility and reviewed the services offered by the Department of Government Support and the Human Resources Authority. The launch of the hub aims to enhance Emiratis' skills and meet the demands of the job market through employment counseling, skills assessment, training, and job matching support, following a successful pilot scheme that benefited thousands of citizens. Mawaheb's launch benefited 7,450 citizens with 680 upskilling courses, and matched 1,650 Emiratis to high-priority sectors. It aligns with Abu Dhabi's development strategy for government services, Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Support said. This talent hub will empower UAE nationals through skill enhancement, growth facilitation and learning opportunities, promoting innovation, and developing exceptional talent. This benefits both sectors, with a commitment to nurturing talent for Abu Dhabi's advancement.
