Abu Dhabi is expanding its urban landscape with the development of two new islands, promising a luxurious waterfront lifestyle. The project, a joint venture between Mubadala Investment Company and Aldar Properties, will bring modern living and natural beauty to the UAE capital. The first island, positioned between Saadiyat Marina and Reem Island, spans three kilometers of pristine waterfront and is adjacent to Saadiyat’s Cultural District, home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The second island, situated between Yas Island and Al Raha, covers 3.7 million square meters and offers premium waterfront homes with high-end amenities and stunning views. These new islands will provide residents with a blend of luxury and nature, including wellness-focused environments, private residences, and access to top-tier amenities. The project is part of Abu Dhabi’s long-term urban development strategy, enhancing its status as a top destination for premium waterfront living. The development of the islands is expected to attract high-net-worth individuals and further boost Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, with more details about the project to be revealed in the coming months.
