Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island is going to get a Dh400 million transformation with the development of the Jubail Town Centre, which will be a central hub of Souk Al Jubail on the island. The Jubail Island Investment Company recently awarded the construction contract to Bright Accord General Contracting Company for the development of Jubail Town Centre. This new family-friendly destination will feature office and residential buildings, commercial spaces, and leisure facilities. Located within the Souk Al Jubail village, the Town Centre will offer residents and visitors a vibrant lifestyle experience with beautifully designed outdoor spaces, green areas, and walkways. It will include state-of-the-art fitness centres, over 40 retail outlets, a specialized medical clinic, and a nursery. The development will also house the Spinneys supermarket and Redwood Center of Excellence nursery. Jubail Town Centre will feature two new residential buildings, offering luxury apartments in various configurations, from studios to duplexes. The project is part of a broader vision to transform Jubail Island into a top-tier destination, boasting a blend of modern living, sustainability, and wellness. Construction is set to begin this quarter, with an expected completion date in the third quarter of 2026. Once finished, the island will also offer a 65-berth marina, yacht clubs, and 1.4 million square meters of parks and open spaces, making it a unique addition to Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape.
