Integrated Transport Centre

The Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility) now provides customers with driver and vehicle licensing services. Abu Dhabi Mobility aims to create a single, smart system that makes all driver and vehicle licensing services easy and efficient in the Capital. Driver and vehicle licensing services include managing the issuance and regulation of driver's licenses and vehicle registrations, renewal of licences and registrations, and managing penalties and fines for traffic violations. The initiative supports the administration's vision to advance the emirate’s growth and strengthen the local economy. It also aims to improve the transport sector's performance in global rankings. Abdulla Al Marzouqi, Director-General of the Integrated Transport Centre, stressed that maintaining high-quality driver and vehicle licensing services and enhancing cooperation with strategic partners is a priority. He assured that these services will not compromise the customer experience or the commitments made to partners. He also confirmed that driver and vehicle licensing services will remain available at all existing service centers in Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, and the Al Dhafra region. These services will also be accessible through digital platforms, smartphone apps, the Tamm digital government services platform, and contact centres. FLE/Expat Media
