The "Security and Safety at petrol stations" campaign launch has gained positive response, showcasing public interest in the Joint Security and Safety Committee's awareness initiatives. The Ministries of Energy and Infrastructure, the General Command of Civil Defence, and key partners, organised the campaign to raise the level of security and safety at the petrol stations throughout summer 2023, under the theme "Five for Your Safety”. This emphasizes proper conduct during fueling, prioritizing community well-being and service provider safety. The Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), in collaboration with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) has saw encouraging results in the campaign's initial week. The customers and staff embraced safety instructions, and vowed to follow recommended protocols during refueling. The campaign runs until September 25, and will use various media to disseminate safety and security instructions. KKL/Expat Media
