Want to dispute a traffic fine and get it reduced? You can now do this with Abu Dhabi's new AI service. Abu Dhabi Judicial Department posted a video on Thursday (October 24) via Instagram informing residents about how to dispute their fines. The authority said that this new smart service is available 24/7.
To apply for a fine reduction, residents can visit www.adjd.gov.ae, choose 'Prosecutions', and then select 'Ask to refer traffic violations to court'. Next, select the appropriate authority—either Abu Dhabi Police or Integrated Transport Centre—and attach your violation report from the Tamm app. The applicant will get a decision right away, along with a link to pay the reduced fine. After paying, you will also receive a copy of the verdict online. FLE/Expat Media
