The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority has ordered the administrative closure of Golden Hayaat Restaurant for violating food safety laws and posing a threat to public health. According to ADAFSA, the restaurant is located in Musaffah Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi. The authority said the closure decision followed repeated violations of food safety requirements and the establishment’s failure to implement corrective measures despite prior warnings and inspections. According to the food control report, the violations required immediate action to protect consumer health and ensure food safety standards were maintained. ADAFSA said the closure order would remain in place until the restaurant fully complied with all food safety and hygiene requirements. The authority explained that the action forms part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen Abu Dhabi’s food safety system and enhance preventive measures to protect consumers. ADAFSA added that food establishments across the emirate are subject to regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The authority also urged residents to report suspected food violations or concerns regarding food products by contacting the Abu Dhabi Government’s toll-free number 800555. Officials said public cooperation helps inspectors take swift action to ensure safe food for all residents in Abu Dhabi.
