Starting on November 15, all airlines will be operating exclusively and only from Abu Dhabi International Airport’s Terminal A, airport operator Abu Dhabi Airports announced. Terminal A is scheduled to open to the public starting on November 1. Etihad will have a ceremonial flight on October 31. Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi Airports advised passengers to check abudhabiairport.ae for updates if they are using Abu Dhabi International Airport between November 1 and 14. During this period, Abu Dhabi International Airport’s Terminals 1, 2, 3 and A will be operating simultaneously during the transition period. By November 15, only Terminal A will be used for all airlines. Abu Dhabi Airports will have inter-terminal shuttle buses for passengers to travel between terminals. "We look forward to welcoming passengers to the state-of-the-art Terminal A, when it opens to the public on November 1. The new terminal will bring a major increase in capacity and access to world-class facilities for both passengers and airlines. We strongly suggest that passengers flying from November 1 to 14 check the latest flight information on the Abu Dhabi International Airport website, or with their airline, to confirm which terminal they will fly from or to," said Frank McCrorie, Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Airport.
