Ajman government employees will soon benefit from flexible working hours, remote work options, and expanded family leave under a new set of HR law reforms approved by the Ajman Executive Council. Chaired by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, the council recently endorsed the new framework designed to enhance employee well-being and promote family stability. The updated law introduces a range of leave types — including parental, maternity, paternity, marriage, bereavement, and caregiving leave for people of determination. More details are expected to be released soon. Special provisions will also benefit pregnant employees and parents raising five or more children, granting them additional work-hour flexibility.
