A delegation from the Ajman Police General Command, led by Colonel Saeed Khalifa Al-Kutabi, Director of Comprehensive Police Centers, visited the Tourism Police Department in the Dubai Police's General Directorate for Investigations and Criminal Investigation.

A delegation from the Ajman Police General Command, led by Colonel Saeed Khalifa Al-Kutabi, Director of Comprehensive Police Centers, conducted a direct benchmarking of Dubai Police's tourist police management experience. The visit took place at the Tourism Police Department in the General Directorate for Investigations and Criminal Investigation of Dubai Police, accompanied by Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al-Kaabi, Chief of the Comprehensive City Police Center, Mr. Sultan Ali Al-Nuaimi, Director of Tourism Development Department, along with several officers from Ajman Police. The purpose of the visit was to gain insights into best practices related to tourist police operations. During the visit, the delegation was received by Dean Khalafan Obaid Al-Jalaf Al-Mahiri, the director of the Tourism Police Department, and Musa Mubarak Musa, Head of the Tourist Security Patrol Department, along with other officers from the Tourism Police Administration. Mayor Khalfan Obaid Al-Jalaf, Director of the Tourism Police Department, extended a warm welcome to the Ajman Police delegation. He emphasized Dubai Police's commitment to promote communication and collaboration with governmental entities and institutions both within and outside the country. The goal of these efforts is to unite strengths and achieve a shared vision in enhancing the country's tourism reputation while ensuring a secure environment for tourists. Musa Mubarak Musa, Head of the Department of Tourism Security Guards, provided the Ajman delegation with an overview of the tourist police's organizational structure, its functions, and objectives. The primary aim of this administration is to create a sense of safety and security among tourists entering and leaving the UAE, addressing tourists' concerns, and facilitating their procedures. The mechanisms for engaging with tourists were also explained, including the Dubai Police smart app, the Dubai Police website, the Unified Call Center 901, email services, the Tourism Police Department's dedicated phone line, and other communication channels. The delegation also received insights into the operations of the Tourism Police Department, its tourism services, and the procedure for handling complaints. The delegation was also briefed on the department's significant achievements over the past years. As the visit concluded, both parties exchanged commemorative shields. Colonel Saeed Khalifa Al-Kutabi thanked the Dubai Police for their warm reception and productive cooperation, and emphasized the value of continued communication and collaboration among police leaders to enhance performance and improve operations.
