Ajman Police sees positive growth results in customer satisfaction and digital transformation during the first half of 2023
In the first half of 2023, Ajman Police's service delivery centers provided a total of 179,813 transactions, with 94% of them being done through digital channels, representing a 52% increase compared to the previous year. The digital services includes vehicle license renewal, driving test date renewal and postponement, and learning driving permit renewal. These efforts align with the strategic goals of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ajman Police's commitment to customer satisfaction. The "Check and Go" initiative at the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Center reduced the time spent at vehicle check and registration centers to just 10 minutes. This service enables operators to stay in their vehicles, complete the inspection process, make payments, and receive results without stepping out, resulting in an increase of the operator satisfaction by 99.7%. The Center is dedicated to achieving the Emirates Strategy for Government Services 2021-2025, implementing the Digital Processor Policy, and delivering exceptional service experiences to operators. Efforts have been doubled to design and launch services tailored to their visions and needs and operators are actively involved in designing proactive services, leading to customized service packages based on rankings and diverse delivery channels. Captain Ali Al-Nuiami, Head of the Instruments Licensing Department and Supervisor of Customer Happiness, emphasizes the service center's commitment to developing services based on user suggestions, best practices, and modern methods. The center prioritizes meeting time targets and implements diverse initiatives like the 55x program for operators and employees. The Ajman Police's Vehicle and Driver Licensing Center has achieved a 20% reduction in service delivery time and a 9.4% decrease in waiting time, resulting in a happiness index of 95%. These improvements have enhanced the quality of life for customers and streamlined processes.
