Binghatti unveiled Wednesday a groundbreaking project to build another of the world's tallest residential buildings in Dubai. The UAE developer with a Dh7 billion investment portfolio will construct an ultra-luxury Dubai tower with Jacob & Co. The project has no deadline. According to Binghatti, this tower seeks to be the world's highest residential building. The property developer stated an ultra-luxury tower would stand in Dubai's Business Bay. The planned design includes 100 floors of two- and three-bedroom homes. Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and head of Architecture of Binghatti, emphasizes the groundbreaking project and partnership with wristwatch and jewelry business Jacob & Co. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences hypertower will be home to an exclusive private club featuring an extensive infinity pool. Its luxury amenities include a vast lounge and a private event area reserved for Jacob & Co. Materials, details, and finishings are conceptualized and designed in collaboration with Jacob & Co's designers, whose attention to detail is being applied on a new, unprecedented scale and height.
