Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (DSIB) Rating: Principals must have improved or maintained their school’s rating to "Good" or better, as per DSIB inspections. Research contributions: For academic heads, evidence of research work published in reputable journals or involvement in research collaborations is required. Leadership impact: There should be positive feedback from the school community, including students, parents, and staff. Recognition and awards: Educators who have received prestigious awards or demonstrated success in improving their institution’s performance are highly favored.

What are the eligibility criteria for teachers and faculty?

For teachers and higher education faculty, eligibility is based on the following: Qualifications: An advanced degree such as a PhD, professional doctorate, or master’s degree is needed. Professional excellence: Teachers must have a nomination from their school principal, and the approval of the board of governors. Evidence of student success, such as improved performance in exams, is required. Student support: The educator must have demonstrated success in helping students, including Emirati students and students of determination, achieve better academic and social outcomes. Community involvement: Contribution to school or community initiatives is essential. Awards: National or international recognition through prestigious awards or grants is a significant advantage.

How to apply for the Dubai Golden Visa for teachers?

Nominations will be made by educational institutions, which will assess eligible staff members. To support an application, educators need to submit: -DSIB reports (for principals) -Award certificates -Survey results from parents and students -Evidence of improved student outcomes -Recommendation letters from school boards Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by a dedicated committee, which will then forward recommendations to Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
