On Tuesday, the UAE's National Centre of Meteorology issued rain alerts for the first time this winter. Social media videos show flooded highways. Twitter handle @Storm_centre posted clips from the eastern coast. The NCM issued yellow and orange rain alerts earlier. Yellow alerts mean outdoor visitors should be vigilant.
