Dh150 offer for balikbayan box shipment from Dubai to 'anywhere in Philippines'

  DUBAI – As the holidays draw near, Dubai-based cargo forwarding company JRS Logistics is giving Filipinos in Dubai the chance to send home a balikbayan box for just Dh150. The offer applies to balikbayan box orders from Dubai to “anywhere in the Philippines” before October 31. Deliveries are expected to start in September. “Due to the great demand, we have extended our promo for medium box size of 60x60x60cms to be sent anywhere in the Philippines just before the peak-festive season sets in,” said Roomi Al Sarkari, JRS Logistics director. Those who “share” the promo on the JRS Logistics Facebook page will also get a Dh20 discount from the cargo forwarding company’s “combo deal” that comprises of a small and jumbo box to be sent from Dubai to the Philippines, Al Sarkari said.
