In a groundbreaking collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay, Marquez fused her culinary expertise with Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington, wrapping the celebrated dish in a crispy lumpia shell. The result? A resounding success. Ramsay, known for his fiery critiques, was effusive with his praise. “I’m really sorry, but I don’t like it… I love it!” he declared, visibly impressed in a now-viral video.
