Big Ticket: Bangladeshi expat in Abu Dhabi wins Maserati Ghibli

A Bangladeshi expatriate in Abu Dhabi has won a Maserati Ghibli in the Big Ticket draw in March, organisers said on Thursday (March 9). Arun said he is happy to have won the luxury car, which is valued at nearly half a million dirhams. He plans to sell the car and use the cash to clear his debt. The Bangladeshi, who has been living in the UAE in the past nine years, has been buying Big Ticket with a group of 15 friends since he moved to the country. Arun works as a technician at a construction company in the UAE capital. He will be sharing a portion of his winnings to his friends and colleagues, and send money to his family in Bangladesh.
