Birthday boy surprises GF with proposal at Expo2020 Dubai site

  DUBAI – A birthday celebration at the Expo 2020 Dubai site turned out to be a surprise wedding proposal that left the man’s girlfriend teary-eyed. On Sunday (February 14), Expo 2020 Dubai took to social media to share the heartwarming video of the proposal. In the video, the birthday celebrant—an unidentified man in a gray suit—is seen walking around the site with his girlfriend, who is dressed in a flowing gray dress. The couple is seen taking selfies at the Sustainability section of the Expo 2020 site, before stopping to receive a big white balloon from an Expo 2020 staff. As they walk further in the site, they are greeted by family and friends who carried a white banner that read “Will you marry me?”. The surprised woman turns to see her boyfriend going down on one knee to propose to her. Her answer?  She said yes! Watch the marriage proposal unfold here:
