Bollywood Parks Dubai closes permanently

Bollywood Parks Dubai closed permanently on Thursday (April 20) after shutting down throughout Ramadan. According to the Bollywood-themed attraction, a re-opening date will be “announced soon” and that it its Raj Mahal theatre will continue to be available for private events. It did not reveal the reason behind the closure of the theme park, but said “We will be announcing exciting details of the new attractions and experiences in the coming months.” The theme park, which is part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, opened in 2016. It was launched by Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. The themed destination within Dubai Parks and Resort is close to Legoland and Motiongate. ICA/Expat Media
