3 survive fall from ravine in Ras Al Khaimah mountain

  RAS AL KHAIMAH – A car with a family of three people onboard had fallen into a ravine in the UAE’s tallest mountain, according to Ras Al Khaimah Police. The accident happened on Friday (October 6) as the Pakistani family drove up Jebel Jais. Police said that the car veered off the mountain road, overturned and fell into a ravine. Police were able to rescue the father, mother and their son. The woman suffered a leg fracture, while her husband and son sustained minor injuries. They were airlifted to Saqr hospital for treatment.
