Dubai’s chocolate scene is about to get sweeter as award-winning Filipino chocolatier Chef Nouel Catis expands his brand with a new kiosk in Dubai Festival City. Set to open on February 14, the new outlet will be located in Marsa Boulevard, offering a three-month pop-up experience until May 15. It follows the successful launch of his Sna’ap chocolate bar last year. “At Marsa Boulevard, we are offering a taste of chocolate as a modern cultural experience,” Catis told Expat Media. Catis, a Filipino culinary innovator, gained international recognition for his unique approach to chocolate-making. He has collaborated with brands like Elle & Vire, Valrhona and PCB. His artisanal chocolate bars have captured the attention of both Filipinos and international customers. The Marsa Boulevard kiosk will serve a curated selection of his best-selling chocolates, including Sna’ap and Dubai Chocolate Chunkies , as well as soft-serve ice cream, specialty coffees, and exclusive Ramadan-inspired drinks. “Our goal is to bring people together through chocolate,” a representative from Catis’ team told Expat Media. “We want everyone to taste the magic that Chef Nouel has created.” Last year, Catis launched his Sna’ap chocolate in Dubai. The chocolate bars feature distinct flavors, including Ube Baklava, Salted Caramel Rahash and Pistachio Kunafa. With the new kiosk, Chef Catis hopes to expand his reach in the UAE’s competitive dessert market.
