Chinese Star Restaurant in Dubai's Al Ghurair Centre is celebrating Mother’s Day and its third anniversary this May with separate promotions designed to reward diners in Dubai. For Mother’s Day on Sunday (May 10), customers who spend at least Dh50 on a single receipt at the restaurant will receive a Dh10 food voucher that can be used on a future visit. The restaurant said the promotion is part of its Mother’s Day celebration aimed at encouraging families to dine together during the occasion. Meanwhile, the restaurant’s third anniversary celebration will take place on Monday (May 18), featuring instant prizes and lucky draw giveaways throughout the day. Customers who spend at least Dh50 at the restaurant during the anniversary event will get the chance to win prizes as part of the establishment’s ongoing customer appreciation activities. Located at Al Ghurair Centre, Chinese Star Restaurant has built a growing customer base over the past three years through its affordable Asian-inspired dishes, family-friendly dining experience and promotional meal offers. The restaurant is also running limited-time May menu promotions featuring discounted dishes and beverages. Among the featured offers is the beef with passion fruit dish, priced at Dh32.90 instead of Dh48. The serving is suitable for sharing among up to three people. Customers can also order the six-piece chicken bun platter, available steamed or fried, for Dh12.90 instead of Dh18. Meanwhile, the barbecue combo is available for Dh29.90 instead of Dh44 and includes eight mixed skewers of chicken, beef and tofu. The sushi mini combo, consisting of six pieces, is being offered for Dh16.90 instead of Dh24. For beverages, diners can choose mango or jasmine lemon iced tea for Dh9.90 instead of Dh16.
