CIPD and Dubai Police have launched the HR diploma course in Arabic DUBAI POLICE

The Chartered Institute for People and Development (CIPD) and Dubai Police have launched an HR diploma course in Arabic, to cater the professional needs of the Middle East. Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi, Director of Training at Dubai Police, along with Deputy Director Brigadier Ahmed Mardas, and Mr. Stuart Dunlop, CIPD Regional Director, inaugurated the HR diploma course. This initiative aims to cater the needs of HR professionals. The six-month diploma program offered by CIPD aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of HR professionals in Arabic, providing an opportunity for HR specialists to broaden their specialized experience and expertise in a professional approach. Dubai Police partnered with global HR organizations to ensure sustainable human resources for departmental goals, said Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi. CIPD MENA's Regional Director, Stuart Dunlop, is excited about introducing Arabic HR qualifications in the Middle East. This initiative, in collaboration with Dubai Police, aligns with CIPD's mission to enhance the people's profession and promote professional development. CIPD plans to introduce Arabic HR qualifications in the Middle East, reflecting the region's dynamic business transformation.
