No rain, but there will be cloudy skies and humid nights

Following a week of scattered rainfall, the UAE will experience generally cloudy skies in the next five days, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). According to the weather bureau, humidity levels are expected to increase at night, causing fog in internal and coastal areas. Here’s the five-day weather forecast

Sunday, January 29

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Humid by night and Monday morning over some internal areas, with a chance of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times. The sea will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.

Monday, January 30

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Humid by night and Tuesday morning over some Coastal and Internal areas, with a chance of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 30 km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Tuesday, January 31

Fair to partly cloudy in general, with an increase in temperatures. Humid by night and Wednesday morning over some coastal and internal areas with a probability of fog or mist formation especially Northward. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times over the sea, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate, becoming rough at times by night in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Wednesday, February 1

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Low clouds will appear in the morning over the eastern coast, Humid by night and Thursday morning over internal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr. The sea will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Thursday, February 2

Fair to partly cloudy in general, and cloudy at times. Low clouds will appear in the morning over the eastern coast, Humid by night, and Friday morning over internal areas, with a probability of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate Southeasterly, becoming Northwesterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr over the sea by late night.
