Updated on September 27, 2024 Grammy award-winning rock band, Coldplay, is set to perform in Abu Dhabi on January 9, 11, 12 and 14, as part of their "Music of the Spheres World Tour 2025". Coldplay was originally only scheduled to perform a one-night only concert, but due to high demand, the British band announced a second, third and fourth concert date. The highly anticipated shows of the decade will take place at the Zayed Sports City Stadium, which has 44, 600 capacity. How to book tickets Fans eager to get their tickets can join the pre-sale on Wednesday (September 25) starting at 12pm local time through Coldplay's official website. If you miss it, general ticket sales will open on Friday (September 27), at 12pm on the band's website, Live Nation, and Ticket Master. Those who signed up for the pre-sale on September 19 should watch their inbox for their unique pre-sale access, which will be sent by Tuesday (September 24). Residents are reminded not to share their access, as it is unique to each person. Coldplay will also offer a limited number of 'Infinity Tickets' for each show during their Music Of The Spheres World Tour 2025. These special tickets are much cheaper than the usual tickets which will cost Dh82 in the UAE. They will be available from 12pm local time on November 22. These tickets must be purchased in pairs, with a limit of two tickets per person. Since they are limited, residents are encouraged to sign up on Coldplay’s website to receive an alert when they become available. These special tickets are randomly assigned within the venue. You could be seated in the back row, on the floor, or, if you're lucky, in the best seat. Fans should remember that getting an alert or pre-sale access does not ensure they will secure tickets, as they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. After successfully purchasing tickets, fans can access them through My Account, which is created when you register on the Coldplay website. You can also access your tickets by downloading the Ticketmaster or Live Nation app. For Ticketmaster, barcodes will be accessible only 72 hours before the event. For Live Nation, electronic tickets will be available 48 to 72 hours before the concert. Rules 1. All guests must present a valid ticket from authorized resellers (Live Nation, Ticketmaster). 2. Readmission is not permitted. 3. Each person can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets. This limit applies to both individuals and credit cards. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of any or all orders and tickets without prior notice, including those linked to the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other information. 4. Guests must be at least 5 years old. 5. Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the pitch standing area. 6. All persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old while at the venue 7. Bags larger than 30x30x15 cm are not permitted. Please note that there are no storage or cloakroom facilities available at the venue. 8. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for personal use only. 9. Residents are advised against reselling tickets, as any confirmed resold tickets will be confiscated. 10. Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers, such as Viagogo, Stubhub, Grinthub, and Dubizzle, are not valid for entry and will be canceled. 11. Mobile entry tickets will only be accessible on the concertgoer's phone and will not be available for print or email from their online account. Accessibility and Inclusivity The concert aims to be inclusive and accessible for all attendees. Accommodations for people of determination are provided, but accessible tickets need to be purchased. Local sign language interpretation and Subpacs will be provided for deaf and hard-of-hearing guests. Touch Tours will also be available before the show, allowing blind or low-vision guests to have a tactile preview of Coldplay's concert.
