British rock band Coldplay has announced a fourth concert date in Abu Dhabi, set for January 9, 2025, due to high demand for tickets. This will be part of their highly anticipated Music of the Spheres World Tour and the band's only Middle Eastern performance. The new show will be held at the Sheikh Zayed Sports City Stadium, a 44,600-capacity venue, where Coldplay will now perform on January 9, 11, 12, and 14. The announcement comes after tickets for their original dates sold out rapidly, leaving many fans eager for another chance to see the world-renowned group. Tickets for the pre-sale of the January 9 concert will be available via Coldplay’s official website, with general sales opening on September 27. Fans are encouraged to act quickly, as tickets are expected to sell out swiftly, just like the previous dates. Concertgoers must adhere to several rules, including purchasing tickets only through authorized sellers such as Live Nation and Ticketmaster. Resold tickets will be invalid, and entry will be denied for tickets bought from unauthorized sources like Viagogo and Dubizzle. Other regulations include a four-ticket limit per person and restrictions on bag sizes. Children under 14 are not allowed in the standing area, and all under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
