Three more people recover from coronavirus in UAE

  DUBAI – Three more people—including two Emiratis and an Indian—have recovered from coronavirus in the UAE, the Ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Saturday (March 14). This brings the UAE’s total number of patients who have recovered from coronavirus to 23. According to the ministry, the three were now “symptom free” after receiving treatment in a hospital. The ministry said that affected individuals are provided with the highest standards of healthcare and are kept under close observation by specialised medical teams, in alignment with WHO guidelines. As of Friday, the number of coronavirus cases in the UAE stood at 85 after the ministry announced 11 new cases, including two Filipinos, two Italians, and one citizen each from the UAE, Pakistan, Canada, Montenegro, Germany, Russia and the United Kingdom.
