Coronavirus in UAE: Baby among 546 new cases on May 6

  DUBAI – A baby was among 546 people who contracted coronavirus in the UAE on Wednesday (May 6), bringing the country’s total number of cases to 15,738. According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the two-month-old baby got infected after a group of 30 people got together and inadvertently spread the virus. There are currently 12,222 people out of 15,738 who are receiving treatment for Covid-19. The ministry also said that 206 people recovered and 11 died of coronavirus on Wednesday. There are now 3,359 people who have recovered from Covid-19 in the UAE, while the death toll stood at 157. ICA/Expat Media
