Coronavirus in UAE: Total cases at 1,024 as of April 2

  DUBAI – The Ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Thursday (April 2) that 210 more people contracted coronavirus in the UAE while 35 others have fully recovered from the virus. The number of newly infected brings the UAE’s total number of Covid-19 cases to 1,024. However, with Thursday's 35 new recoveries, the UAE's total number of people who have recovered from Covid-19 stood at 96. The announcement came a day after the ministry confirmed 150 new cases and two deaths.
