Covid-19 in UAE: 270 new cases, 1 death in 24 hours
DUBAI – The number of daily Covid-19 cases in the UAE continued to drop on Wednesday (September 29), with only 270 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), the new cases bring the total number of Covid-19 cases in the UAE to 735,727. According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and receiving the necessary care. MoHAP also announced one death due to Covid-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 2,095. The ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and wished Covid-19 patients a speedy and full recovery. MoHAP also noted that an additional 350 individuals had fully recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 728,195. Meanwhile, a total of 311,669 additional Covid-19 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.
