 Filipino actor Derek Ramsay is heading home after nearly a week in Bali, Indonesia, where he took part in a wellness retreat, amid renewed rumors of a split with wife Ellen Adarna. On Tuesday (August 26), Ramsay shared a screenshot of a video call with his daughter Liana on Instagram, captioned: “Papa is on his way home, my love.” The post came after days of speculation over his solo retreat in Bali, which fans noted did not appear to include his wife. Earlier in the week, Ramsay posted videos of himself engaging in rigorous training under the Kami No Ken program, including yoga sessions, meditation, and a grueling 75km endurance walk through Bali’s busy streets. “Pushing through that pain, I found peace,” he wrote, describing the experience as “a reset for the soul, body, and mind.” Despite the online chatter, veteran broadcaster Cristy Fermin dismissed rumors of a breakup, saying the couple remains together. “Wala pong katotohanan ito. Maayos sila,” she said, praising the pair for how they manage their relationship. The couple, who wed in November 2021 in Bataan, has previously laughed off separation rumors. Earlier this year, Ramsay mocked reports that Adarna had signed annulment papers, posting a string of laughing emojis in response.
