Developer AQUA Properties announced that the Dh477 million project will be completed by the last quarter of 2025, promising to elevate Dubai’s reputation as a global sports hub. The multi-purpose arena will feature cutting-edge facilities, including indoor courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center and dedicated training areas for various sports. Aimed at fostering community engagement, the arena will also host tournaments, workshops, and wellness events. Farhad Azizi, CEO of AQUA Properties, described the project as a transformative addition to the area. “The Community Sports Arena will redefine how residents and visitors experience sports and fitness in Dubai. It’s not just about the facilities but about building a vibrant, active community,” he said. The arena will also include spectator seating, retail outlets, and dining options, ensuring a holistic experience for sports enthusiasts and families alike. Its strategic location in Dubai Sports City aligns with the emirate’s vision to promote active lifestyles and world-class infrastructure.
