One month after it aired on Sharjah TV on October 7, the documentary film "Sharjah Safari" won two international awards during its participation in the "Golden Hollywood Awards" festivals in the US and the "Milan Golden Awards Festival" in Italy. The film, produced by the "Sharjah Broadcasting Authority" in collaboration with the "Sharjah Government Media Bureau" and the "The Environment and Protected Areas Authority," won the honorary award for the long documentary film at the third Hollywood Golden Awards Festival in Los Angeles, California, USA, among 35 categories in which a variety of works, including long and short documentaries, dramatic texts, and others, competed. The festival is held monthly, with live shows to support filmmakers by promoting their distinguished films, while the jury awards prizes to the best participating films, and a selection of the winning films are shown at Hudson Theaters in Los Angeles every month. The film received the silver award for long documentaries at the third session of the Italian "Milan Golden Awards" festival, a monthly international film festival with competitions held from the first to the last day of each month. Milan is regarded as one of the world's leading cities in art, design, and entertainment. The festival aims to promote films and support its creators' journeys. BKM/ Expat Media
