As the DP World Tour Championship gears up for its 16th edition at Jumeirah Golf Estates from November 14 to 17, spectators are in for an exciting treat. The prestigious event, which closes the DP World Tour Play-Offs, has introduced an enhanced first tee area, promising a stadium-like experience for golf enthusiasts. Golf fans can expect to witness thrilling action from some of the sport’s biggest stars, including Rory McIlroy, reigning Race to Dubai champion, Billy Horschel, and Dubai resident Tommy Fleetwood. Other notable participants include Major champions Shane Lowry, Justin Rose, Adam Scott, and Genesis Scottish Open winner Robert MacIntyre. The first tee's transformation is designed to provide spectators with the ultimate viewing experience, according to Tom Phillips, Director of the Middle East, DP World Tour. “We’ve made significant changes to the first tee, adding seating areas for larger crowds. This will provide better views and create a lively atmosphere for both fans and players.” The event also offers premium experiences such as Ticket+, priced at Dh160 (Thursday/Friday) and Dh390 (Saturday/Sunday). This exclusive pass guarantees access to The Greatest Bar on Earth viewing platform, live music, and priority entry. Ticket+ holders also enjoy front-row seats to the par-3 17th hole and access to the Championship Village. For an elevated experience, fans can upgrade to The Championship Chalet located on the 18th green. Family-friendly activities on November 17 will feature face painting, magic shows, and a Family Day theme. The first 200 children arriving by 9am will receive a free fruit pop from House of Pops.
