Telecom provider du and e& (formerly Etisalat) marked the UAE’s 53rd National Day with a generous gift of 53GB free data for their customers. Du customers received an alert regarding the free data starting on Monday (December 2). The offer is available to both prepaid and postpaid customers. Postpaid users will automatically receive the free data, valid for seven days, while prepaid customers must subscribe to a Flexi Yearly Plan to enjoy the benefit, which will remain valid for 12 months. For e&, all postpaid customers and all Emirati prepaid users received 53GB of free local data, valid from November 30 until December 7. Expatriates subscribed to e& prepaid will get a 53 percent discount on online recharges of Dh30 and above, which are valid for three days.
