Two new Salik toll gates, the Business Bay gate, and the Al Safa South gate are set to operate on November 24, Salik PJSC announced on Friday (November 1). The new toll gates are located at the Business Bay Crossing on Al Khail Road and Al Safa South on Sheikh Zayed Road, between Al Meydan Street and Umm Al Sheif Street. This brings the number of Salik-operated toll gates in Dubai from eight to 10. The locations for the new gates will significantly enhance vehicle movement on and off the Sheikh Zayed Road stretch. According to an agreement with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Salik has the sole rights to build, run, and take care of the toll gates until the end of June 2071. FLE/Expat Media
