Organized by renowned Indian festival curator TeamWork Arts, the three-day event will showcase vibrant lights, artistic performances, and cultural activities, offering an unforgettable celebration of the Festival of Lights. Set against the backdrop of Al Seef’s iconic heritage-meets-modernity landscape, the festival will feature a puppet procession, musical performances, and theater shows, immersing visitors in the essence of Diwali. Visitors can explore a traditional souk, participate in painting and design workshops, and indulge in Indian delicacies. Dubai residents and tourists can also expect grand Diwali fireworks at Al Seef on October 25, as part of the city's wider Diwali celebrations. The vibrant promenade along Dubai Creek will be illuminated with decorative lights and Diwali-themed installations, adding to the festive atmosphere. Apart from entertainment, the Noor Festival will also offer interactive experiences like poetry recitations and stand-up comedy, catering to visitors of all ages. The event aligns with the broader Diwali festivities being celebrated across Dubai from October 25 to November 7, bringing together communities for a joyful experience.
