Aspiring Filipino singers in the UAE are being invited to take the spotlight as auditions for Pinoy Pop Star Middle East 2026 take place in Dubai later this month. Organised by Gulf Events in partnership with Dubai-based travel agency Trip Expert International, the competition aims to discover fresh musical talent from across the Middle East and provide performers with a platform to shine. Auditions in Dubai will be held on January 24 (Saturday) and January 25 (Sunday) from 1pm to 9pm. Singers aged 14 to 40 are welcome to join. Participants are required to bring a copy of their passport along with two photos: one full-body photo and one passport-sized photo. Interested contestants can register for the auditions by sending a WhatsApp message to 0559415750. The auditions will be held at Trip Expert International, located on the first floor of the Ibis Business Center along Rigga Road. The top two winners from the Dubai leg will receive cash prizes of Dh3,000 and Dh2,000, respectively. Both winners will also receive round-trip air tickets and hotel accommodation to compete in the grand finals in Bahrain. At the grand finals, contestants from the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain will compete for the top prize of P300,000, along with a recording contract from VIVA. ICA/Expat Media
