Dubai: Bacolod Inasal BBQ draws crowds on opening week at BurJuman mall

Bacolod Inasal BBQ’s newest outlet drew crowds at its BurJuman mall branch on its opening week, as diners lined up for the best-seller: chicken inasal (char-grilled chicken). Chicken inasal meals were definitely flavourful and value for money starting at Dh22, with unlimited servings of rice, soup and atsara (pickled papaya). We loved the authentic, char-grilled flavour of the chicken inasal, which was enhanced with the soy sauce-lemon dipping. We also tried their seafood offerings: fried tilapia and deep fried squid with a side of crispy kangkong. Both the tilapia and fried squid were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside but tender to the bite. We can’t wait for next visit and try what other surprises they have in the menu!
